Conservatory floor tiling, Wallasey

Job details

Conservatory floor in Wallasey needs tiling, roughly 11 sqm on a solid concrete base laid two summers ago so it's fully cured. Ceramic tiles are already in the garage. The skirting is staying put, so I'd like clean cuts to the edges and a flexible adhesive to be on the safe side.
